I had my first visit and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the environment was. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful when I checked in, making the whole experience less daunting. Dr. Fonagy was attentive and made sure I understood the treatment options available to me. I had a couple of cavities that needed filling, and he was gentle throughout the process. The nurse assisting him was also very supportive and kept me informed about what to expect next. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area; it felt a bit cramped and could use some more seating. Other than that, I was really happy with my visit and will definitely be returning for my next cleaning. Highly recommend if you want a dentist who truly cares about his patients!
